Generation 6

From VFRwiki

[edit] 2007 Preview

In the mid-1980s, nobody could catch the Interceptor. The AMA Superbike Champion bristled with Grand Prix technology and introduced a slew of industry-leading features, like the world's first liquid-cooled V-four in a sportbike, a single-shock rear suspension, anti-dive front suspension and a track-inspired fairing. Fast, agile and comfortable, the Interceptor launched a design philosophy that led to a whole line of high-performance street-going sportbikes. A line leading straight to today's Interceptor / Interceptor ABS. Like its predecessors, it boasts the most advanced technologies of its time, like a race-bred aluminum chassis and a VTEC-equipped, fuel-injected V-4 powerplant - the goods that earn it best sportbike honors year after year. For '07, we thought we'd offer a heritage paint scheme, so you can let all its racing DNA speak out - loud and clear.
